Eco Exterior Solutions website, Angi, and their Contract with me all stated Chris and/or Eco Exterior Solutions had Insurance. But when Eco Exterior Solutions and I needed his Liability insurance coverage, they had NO insurance. I found out the hard way. My homeowner's insurance adjuster called Chris, and was informed by Chris, he had no Insurance. I can understand why he has 5-star reviews. Chris seemed like a very nice person. But a responsible person and/or business needs insurance when and if a claim might occur. His Liability Insurance will not only protect my and your interest, but Chriss interest too. It may appear that Eco Exterior Solutions is a company with several employees. But it also appears that Eco Exterior Solutions is a one man show.

Amazing job. Tackled our two story home (that has some interesting peaks and hard to reach areas) with ease. Expert at what they do, professional, personal, definitely offer a specialized service and worth the extra compared to competitors. The solution and technique used were beyond compare (even though I didn’t think much of it at the time of the quote). Our home looks fantastic and I continually admire it even after a month, so beautiful and such a shocking before and after. Chris did pressure washed out house a few weeks ago. We were very happy with the work he did house looks good as new. Very easy to work with. He did such a good job we are having him wash our 5th wheel camper this fall.

Chris did an excellent job and finished a lot faster than I would have thought. He is also very personable.

The exterior wasn't as clean as I thought it should've been. All my windows now have a foggy film on them and will need to be cleaned (which isn't easy to do) there was alot of debris left on the decks. I thought that by paying 2x what others were going to charge the job would've been better. The product is garanteed for 2 years I will see how it lasts and how the company stands behind the product.

Chris a nice, easy going guy and yet professional.

Chris did an excellent job! My wood deck had 3 old layers of stain and it took longer than expected but Chris was able to successfully remove all of the old stain. During the project Chris found 4 deck boards and 2 rail spindles needed replacing and he helped us out greatly by replacing them at an additional cost after talking to us to save me the time of doing it. The deck was stripped, sealed & re-stained. It looks terrific. Great Job! Chris also talked to us about the mold on our siding and how he can help get that clean too so next year we will have him back to help with the exterior mold removal from the house. Thanks Chris and Keep up the Great Work!

In retrospect, I'm not sure it was the right service for me.

Chris did a great job removing black and green mold from the concrete around my porch. He also did a great job cleaning the siding around my porch and patio. And I was amazed with how he cleaned the white trim on my enclosed patio; I thought I was going to have to have it repainted but it looks almost new after the cleaning. I would have given a 5 star rating except that Chris missed the initial estimating appointment and left a small lake of water on my enclosed patio. In the future, maybe Chris should have a ShopVac with him to clean up excess water. I would highly recommend Chris and hire him again.

The process worked perfectly, and we are very pleased with the results. We are now in the process of seeing about Chris power washing the vinyl siding, and, hopefully, in fall having him seal the brick on our house and new patio blocks. Would highly recommend!

The owner is very personable and is a wonderful guy! Any questions and concerns I had, he came back and addressed them right away.

After the results I had gotten from Chris doing my roofs I hired Chris again to come back and do my entire house and garage and also my concrete patio. My house and garage were so green and my patio was very stained. The solution Chris uses has turned my house and garage back to bright white again. My patio looked new again also. My windows were sparkly clean and none of my plants and flowers that are around both my house and garage were harmed. I would recommend this type of exterior mold removal to everyone that wants a truly environmentally safe product that kills mold and is once again guaranteed for at least 2 years!
