"They did an excellent job the opening to the crawl space had to expanded to allow entry of a man, and Saunders was able to do this. They installed a bathroom fan , so that the fan could be vented to the outdoors instead of into the Attic. Saunders personnel were able to tell me what they saw while down in the crawl space, which included other issues that I will need to resolve in the future, but which I'm glad to be made aware of. Per my brother who is an engineer, Saunders did an excellent job of both lining and insulating the crawl space and insulating the attic. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"It worked out pretty good. They got here when they were supposed to and did a pretty good job on it. They didn?t do the wallpaper removal that I had hoped they would, kind of ran out of time on that. The drywall repair that they did was good. I may have asked them to do a little bit more and paid them more, but I would say they stayed with their price.?They were friendly and courteous."

"John came out and jumped right up on the roof.  I was worried that the roof was shot over the garage.  Within minutes, he sealed up a few spots where the shingles were worn from a old satellite dish, and then reassured me that the roof has several years before it needs to be replaced.  This is after I got a recommendation for a new roof by a different contractor.  He then commenced to clean out my gutters, re-positioned the gutter angle, and fixed a few  broken connections.  He also gave me a few recommendations for proper runoff of the gutters.

John then came in the house to install two bathroom fans.  Both bathrooms were missing fans when I purchased the home.  John warned me that I was creating a situation that is very mold-inviting.  He not only installed the fans, but he also did a remediation of the possible spots of early mold growth. Both my bathrooms and myself are breathing better these days.

At the end of the day, John showed me how my dryer vent on the outside of my house was offset to the dryer duct work.  He cut a new hole to properly align the duct work and then reconnected everything.  To finish off the day, John cleaned out my dryer vent and probably saved my house in the process; there was a lot of junk in that duct. :)

I would use Madison Insulation and Mold Remediation again; I will use them again, as this house needs a lot of help.  I don't care what the negative people say on this company and neither should you.  If you want a good person to bring back the safety and reliability of your home for years to come, give John a call."
