I’m a professional cleaner. I’ve been cleaning for seven years with my mom who has a cleaning business. I just started my own business. I am able to do residential and commercial cleaning! I charge $35 an hr. I can do set prices depending on the job. I have all my own cleaning supplies but if you prefer your own I can sue that as well.

My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."
