A few other drywallers gave us higher estimates and seemed to be intimidated by these structures but Jose’s “can do” attitude impressed us and the end result was a flawless ceiling that looks perfect! "Master Cat came out the day the water heater leaked and gave me an assessment of the damage and what had to be done to correct the damage.  While inspecting the damage, the owner noticed that I had some mold developing in the closet.  The team arrived later that day (or maybe the next morning - I am not sure)  with heavy duty blowers, pulled up the wet carpet, removed the damaged wood trim from the bedroom, closet, and furnace closet and installed three (two or three) heavy duty fans to dry up the carpet, floors, and walls.  They sprayed the mold with some liquid and made sure that the area was exposed so that it could dry.  They left the fans for a day and a half until all the moisture was gone and then replaced the carpeting and wood trim and removed the fans. 
I was thrilled with their performance.  They responded rapidly to my call for help and came out as soon as they could.  They were courteous and professional and certainly knew what they were doing.  I would hire them again in a minute but hope that I won't have to use them in the near future.  They do a great job!

"I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received from Custom Craft Environmental. I wanted to have my bathroom inspected for asbestos as I am doing some remodeling (including ripping out tile). Throughout the process I worked with a gentlemen named Rich. During correspondence prior to the inspection date, Rich was always very responsive and professional. On the inspection date, Rich was on time and, again, professional. While my main concern was tile, a thorough inspection was done of the whole bathroom area (including checking under the carpeted portion of the bathroom space). I was also very impressed by Rich's vast knowledge. As we talked more generally about my living space, I learned that there is a hazardous substance in the type of ceiling I have - something I never would have thought of! I'm not doing any ceiling removal/remodeling, but if I ever do, now I know. And last but not least, the price was right!

"The project went well. Chris and his Son were polite and did a good job. Under the cold conditions they were able to provide a high quality product. The work they did in my garage looks amazing. They were also able to touch up my existing drywall and re-texture and paint to make the whole garage seamless. There were a few minor cracks to the seams that showed up. Chris is going to wait until the weather warms up to come back and take care of them. I'm confident this will be resolved and he was more than willing to address and take care of it. I'll post an update once the work is done. I also had them paint some exposed wood around my garage door. They did a very nice job and I'm thrilled with the work."

"He believes that frost during the winter was cause of the issue, and recommends that I simply insulate more where the moisture appeared (since there seems to be a lot of cold air coming in where we opened up the ceiling).  He believes that the roof is in good shape, and there's no cause for doing any expensive roof repairs at this time. 
I appreciate the simple recommendation to start rather than suggesting expensive repairs.  I will definitely contact him if there does seem to be an actual roof leak.
