"I was amazed at how quickly the company responded to our questions and actually came out to look at the well. When the serviceman, Ezra, determined that there was a hole in the pipe leading to the well as well as a 20+ year old pump, he gave us several options as to how to address the problem from simply replacing the pipe, to replacing the pump and the pipe, to capping the well  and hooking up to city water, each with its pluses and minuses.When he replaced the pump he decided to pull it from the ground by hand rather than driving his truck over the lawn Wow! I sent MH Renovations an email to see if they would come to my home to discuss this remodeling project that we wanted to do, They were very responsive, had appointment set, they came to our home sat down with us and listened and wrote down things that we were thinking of doing. They did all the measuring, they offered suggestions which was really nice, because they brought things to our attention that we were not thinking about. After that first appointment, we knew this was the right place to go. Easy to talk to, very professional. They had the drawings and estimates back to us within a couple of days, we sat down discussed everything and we sealed the deal. They indicated that they had to order the new cabinets that we picked from the selection that they showed us, they also brought pieces of granite for us to pick from, they recommended Floor and Décor for looking at flooring and back splash which was a great place to go, and within two weeks they were here working, They showed up early every morning, worked all day, cleaned up before they left for the day, made sure that we were happy with what they were doing of which we were. They even provided their electricians, plumbers, guys that did the flooring and back splash, and they did a great job also, They made me a beautiful wine cabinet with a granite top, and it looks amazing. Even though my kitchen is done. I have a couple of more things I want MH Renovations to do for me, as I know the quality of work they do and I know it will be done the way I want it. "Jose and Cesar (the owners) were both level headed and easy to speak to about the needs of the project. We're happy with the outcome, and happy to have our bathroom in working order again. We had some superficial water damage to the floor in our main bathroom and decided to have all of the tile replaced in the shower and on the floor. I first met with Jose for an estimate, and was impressed with his easy going demeanor and ability to answer my questions. After committing to using Top Bros., I met Cesar just before the project start date, and was just as impressed with him as I was Jose. When coordinating the start and finish dates for the remodel, I let them know we wanted it completed by dec. 20th. Either Jose or Cesar were usually present throughout the project. They also had a couple of other assistant contractors come on different days. For any questions or concerns I had along the way, I was always able to get a hold of Jose and get prompt responses. They started December 4, and had the bulk of the project finished by December 8. There were a few minor mishaps along the way, but they made every effort to correct issues as promptly as possible. Everything was completed before Christmas. A couple of months after the project was completed, I noticed the new vanity sink wasn't sealed properly to the pipe below it. I called Jose and they came out promptly to fix it."
