"Locked out of my house. Called a dispatch service who put me through to them, told them I was locked out and they would be here in 30 minutes. Asked for a price (There website says upfront with no hidden fees) and they did not give me one and just said it would depend on the lock. Arrived and looked at my locks saying my front door was cheaper to open, again no price given, and when he was done in less than 5 minutes he says my bill is 308$. Normal expected amounts range from 50$ to 250$, they claimed they charged that much cause it was on a weekend (It was a friday evening) and they would not refund my money and would "Give a discount next time"."

Deadbolts are solid and durable as can be, but the pin and tumbler can still be forced open, thus making this type of lock susceptible to picking. It can also offer an easy solution if you rent your home out, since you can easily change the code as needed.
