"I hired them a few years ago for a plaster job and it went well so I hired them recently for a plaster and paint job. The 2nd project did not go well..especially for the painting. Overall, the surfaces look cheap- nothing like the first job. I’ve also had to re-paint and clean splatter for at least 20 separate areas. Unfortunately, there are countless areas with bubbles and drips that I cannot fix. :( They also left about 5/6 full gigantic garbage bags in the room. If you want quality work done, I wouldn’t hire. If you want speedy & shoddy work done, then they’re great. He quoted me under 5k when he came to look at it, and it ended up being over 6k plus paint."

"Chris and his team were excellent to work with from the beginning. He had the most competitive quote out of 4 area painters total that I checked with. He was extremely flexible with timing as the painting project was pushed back a couple different times due to things going on with our builder’s timeline. "I had an old claw foot tub that was refinished by someone that didn't know what they were doing. The finish failed and was peeling terribly. It was peeling so bad that it would clog the drain. NuCoat said that they would be able to refinish the tub so that it looked like new and they did just that. They showed up on time, explained the process, and started working. I was dreading the clean up that most contractors leave you with but when they came to get me there was no mess and it looked like they installed a brand new antique style tub. I am so happy I was able to save the tub at a fraction of the cost of what a new one would cost. I would recommend to call NuCoat before you call a remodeler. That way you get to keep the quality cast iron tub instead of a new flimsy fiberglass one. You end up with the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost."
