"Our nearly 40 year old boiler system had seen its last day. Steve with Guardian was easily accessible by phone, prompt, and helpful. He installed a new boiler and retooled the set up of our system. We re very happy with the service, speed of the install, and professionalism the guys showed. We didn t shop around much since we weren t interested in having too many people coming in and out of the house during the pandemic, but felt confident Steve was giving us good information and a fair price based on what we were told in the past and research we had done. I would certainly recommend Guardian to friends and family. "Sparky was great.  He assessed the problems and fixed all of them in an efficient manner.  He really knows his stuff.  My track lighting was totally screwed up - he had to get up in the attic and run new wires and install a new switch.  He knocked it out of the park.  6 months later, all things that he worked on are working great.  Highly recommend his services."

"Tech was punctual and friendly. Diagnosed the issue with the switches and outlets. Replaced half of the switches and the outlet repairing the problem. Unfortunately the new switches and outlet did not match the previous color leaving me with 2 white switches and two almond switches in the same bank of switches. Tech told me they could not make them all match because they don’t carry almond color switches. Completed after work survey and was contacted by customer service who stated that they would have a tech come back to the house and install the new white switch that i had purchased due to the inconvenience. New switch was installed without issue."

"They came out and looked over the A/C unit. I told him it makes a very loud banging when it starts up and that the company who installed it told us that was normal and it was working fine. Once he was done cleaning the unit, he went to restart it and it tripped the breaker. So he took it apart and found that when it was installed, someone had pinched a wire, cutting the insulation and causing it to short out on the frame of the A/C unit. He fixed that, reassembled the unit and restarted it. It's still a loud start, but not nearly as loud as it was. He informed me that our A/C is a builder grade model and unfortunately it's not the best on the market so it's going to be louder than we would like. Once he was done working on the A/C, he came in and took a look at our furnace to make sure it wasn't hooked up wrong also. Definitely will be calling on Faithful again."
