"While Chad can be very gruff at first, when it came time to work, he was very pleasant. He actually showed up 15 minutes early. It took three of us to lift this old manual wood garage door open before he worked on it. Now I'm able to open the door myself, and I'm 70. The door had not been opened for at least a year, because of all the problems. He replaced all the rollers, many of the roller brackets, and the inside sliding lock. He also adjusted the spring and lubricated everything. He worked on the door for over two hours with no complaints. I'd definately use Chad again."
