Prompt arrival. Reasonably priced and everything very clean after job completed.

Had this company cleaned our townhome dryer vent three times in last two years. They were very polite and arrived on time. There was a birds nest in the vent. They claimed that they have removed the nest and put on a mesh screen to provent birds get into the vent in the future. After the first clean, we still experienced problems. Called they again, they came to clean the vent from the roof. The situation got better. In less than two years, we had same dryer issue. Called the company and had the vent clean again. In less than 6 months, we experienced more issues with our dryer. This time we called a different dryer vent company. They inspected the vent and found following two things that Custom Cleaning Concept didn't do correctly: 1) The mesh screen was not installed correctly. The vent flap couldn't open. 2) The nest from two years ago are still in the vent. They corrected these two issues and the dryer worked perfectly now.

Professional and courtious staff. They were careful to keep my home clean while they performed their work. They recommened addtional work that could be done on the chimney stack, but were pushing the service. That approach gives me more trust in their word since they didn't push me for more work.

Great. I had been scouting reviews for a week looking for consistencies - to see whether the provider always had upsells. Was comforted by the reviews I found. My experience was consistent - honest guy who has no desire to charge unless work is needed. All I needed was a chimney sweep - did not try to sell me stuff I didn't need.

Great job. Hadn't had this done in a long time, and was concerned about the fragile set-up of my dryer venting. He was on time,, kept me informed, and did a great job! Price was a little higher than some others, but wanted to stay more local, and glad I did. Well worth the extra cost.

They did a great job. They're on time. They got everything cleaned. When they came, they inspected everything. The cost was a little high but it was just fine. The price was fair. Everything was fine. He kept everything covered. He vacuumed everything he dropped. He did a fine job.

Todd and his assistant, Steve, arrived right on time. Todd gave me a quick rundown of what they were going to do. The chimney and dryer vent were both cleaned in about an hour and I was provided with a checklist of what had been done, as well as other general household safety items to be considered. Todd gave me special pricing since I had both services done. When they left, the area around the fireplace was spotless. Todd and Steve were both courteous, friendly and professional, and I would definitely hire them again.

I called Todd and he got back to me very quickly and we set an appointment. He came very promptly, inspected and cleaned the flue, and pronounced it in good condition. He said the back draft is most likely from the basement fireplace flue which is right next to the upstairs flue. Not a good design or placement, but now we know there's nothing wrong with the fireplace itself! And that's a relief. Todd is very personable and professional. I will be handing his card to the next owner of our house when we sell.

Todd was awesome. He was here exactly on time and did a very detailed and excellent job. I will definitely be calling him in the spring for tuck pointing work that needs to be done on the chimney. I know this needs to be done because a home inspection, before I bought my home, revealed this need. He's a small businessman with integrity and honesty, and won't try to sell you what you don't need. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Clean, neat, very efficient! I would recommend! Fireplace hasn't worked this well in 25 years. Cost came in under quote which was very reasonable.
