Tim is very personable and friendly and he expects quality work from his people. This was evident in the training he was giving his helper/apprentice. 

They replaced front (side) screen door. Took less time than I had heard from online sources that estimated 4-6 hours. Took Tim about an hour and a half.

We have a screen on the back of our garage that was damaged. The latch was gone and bottom aluminum plate was dented in. Since the front screen was in good shape (didn't like the style for front of house) we were thinking to exchange out back for the front. Unfortunately it wouldn't work (opened wrong way), so he took the handle and latch from old front door and put it on the back. Did his best to rework the plate and said if I wanted he could repair the screen on his return. He charged a little bit for doing this, though less than I would have expected.

After all work was done he and his helper cleaned up everything and took the old door and cardboard (from new one) loaded it unto his truck for disposal. 
Once we have exchanged our incorrect door for the correct one we will be calling him to put that one in as well. I will update once that happens.
