1.MY NEW OVERHEAD AREA LOOKS LIKE CRAP.CUT CORNERS BY USING LOW GRADE WOOD.ALL END PIECES HAVE ROUGH ENDS,TO LAZY TO SAND SMOOTH.I HAVE 2 POSTS THAT HOLDS UP THE OVER HEAD AREA THEY ARE 2 DIFFERENT SIZES(ONE IS FOUR INCHES SHORTER)HE KNEW ABOUT IT AND JUST LEFT IT WRONG. 2.SLOPPY FINISH CUTS AND JOINTS, YOU CAN'T MISS THEM. JUST OPEN YOUR EYES AND LOOK. 3.INSTALLED RAILING SYSTEM WRONG.DID NOT USES SUPPORT BRACKETS AND THE LOWER SPACER WAS NOT INSTALLED.BUT THE UPPER ONE WAS INSTALLED.RAILING POSTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MOUNTED ON TOP OF DECKING NOT OFF TO THE SIDE.THIS THE CORRECT WAY FOR INSTALLATION OF THIS MATERIAL. (COMPANY IS ULTRADECK) 4.INSTALLED SCRATCH AND CHIPPED COMPOSITE DECKING BOARDS.DID REPLACE 4 BOARDS BECAUSE OF THE CHIPPING.(AT FIRST DID NOT WANT TO DO IT)BUT REFUSED TO FIX SCRATCH ONES CALL ME "PICKY".IF HE PAID ATTENTION TO THE BOARDS THAT WERE BEING USED THIS PROBLEM WOULD NOT HAVE COME UP IN THE FIRST PLACE.PLUS TO SCRATCH COMPOSITE MATERIAL IS NOT THAT EASY. THE BASE SKIRTING AROUND THE DECK IS ALSO COMPOSITE MATERIAL. FOR SOON REASON HE INSTALLED A PIECE WITH A 9 INCH SCRATCH ON IT AND THEN IT DOES NOT COVER THE ENDS OF THE DECKING BOARDS IN THAT AREA.NABER KNEW THAT THE BASE SKIRTING MATERIAL WAS ONLY 14 INCHES LONG AND SAID NOTHING TO ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE. SO NOW I HAVE BETWEEN A 1 INCH AND A 2 INCH SPACE THAT IS NOT COVERED.(FOUND OUT THAT THEY MAKE END CAPS FOR THIS PROBLEM) 5.THE BASE SKIRTING HE INSTALLED IS NOW BOWING AWAY FROM THE DECK .PLUS A SHORT SECTION OF RAILING ALSO HAS A BOWING. 6.CLAIMS I EAGLE EYED HIM, BUT WHEN I NOTICED HE WAS INSTALLING THE OVERHEAD STRINGERS WRONG...CALLED ME AGAIN "PICKY" AND REFUSED TO CORRECT HIS MISTAKE. 7. USED MY NEW RAILING AND DECKING AS A WORK SURFACE. CUTTING,SCREWING PIECES TOGETHER,SAWING AND DRAGGING MATERIAL CROSS IT.ON LAST DAY CLAIMS I CHECK HIS WORK...BUT HOW CAN YOU INSPECTED SOMEONE WORKMANSHIP WHEN HE IS STILL WORKING ON IT!!!WHEN HE DROVE OFF NABER KNEW THIS DECK HAD ISSUES.SO I CALLED HIM ON 5/18 NO REPLY.CALLED HIM ON 5/19 NO REPLY.BUT NOW THAT THE CHECK CLEAR (5/20) HE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I ASKED ABOUT THE POSTS BEING DIFFERENT SIZES...STATED HE WILL FIX THEM.ALSO STATED THAT'S ALL THE REPAIRS HE WOULD DO!!AGAIN CALLED ME "PICKY"I TOLD HIM TO STOP WITH THIS PICKY THING AND THEN HE TURNED OFF HIS PHONE. WILL NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORKMANSHIP AND NOW I SEE WAY.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CLAIMS UNBEATABLE HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE,THIS TIME YOUR NOT EVER CLOSES.THERE ARE MORE ISSUES THAT ARE NOT STATED HERE.CALLING ME AND MY WIFE "PICKY"AND CLAIMS TO BE COURTEOUS MINDED....NO!!! RUDE...YES!!! NO REASON FOR THE WAY ACTED.HE GOT HIS MONEY($7,800)AND I GOT A BIG EYE SORE. THERE A LOT OF GREAT CONTRACTORS OUT THERE....THE NABER GROUP SHOWED ME THE KIND OF CONTRACTORS TO STAY AWAY FROM.....PLEASE BEWARE!!!

less than 3 months after job i had water in basement  and it is pitching baddly the wrong way and he sell u on his facebook page as a excellent contractor.the driveway was a rip off and i warn people about him he does mention he is on angies list.

The Width of driveway was supposed to be 16' wide from front of garage down to street.  Width shrinks as you get closer to street to 13'.
- The color of the cement at the top of the driveway and the sidewalk (white) is a different color than the cement on the lower half of the driveway (gray)
- The pavers or soldiers course are uneven, sagging and caved in on areas
- Gutters that were installed were not seamless, some were scratched, and are not pitched correctly - they sag in the middle, collecting water
- One of the downspouts was incorrectly installed
- Bricks on the front landing of the house are uneven and sloppily installed.  There are several gaps.
Overall, work was sloppy. 
Contractor was mostly non-responsive to complaints and did nothing to correct the mistakes.
