He came earlier than expected to install the seamless gutters and had it done in half a day. His final bill was a little less than the estimate. "The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. Ultimately Rich came to our house to potentially provide us with an estimate on the rebuild portion of the remediation. Although we could not use Custom Craft Environmental for this project, I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them in the future, based on Rich's knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism."

"we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."
