"Rich came to give us a quote the same day we called. He told us what items could be cleaned and saved and what had to be disposed of. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly. The next morning his crew came on time and got right to work. Rich and the guys did a great job cleaning our basement. You would never know their was ever sewage in our basement. We are very happy with their work. We highly recommend Custom Craft Environmental."

From the time Blue Hills Roofing came to the house for the consultation to the time they drove away after completing the roof and gutters everyone from the company was professional. Unlike other companies, Steve explained in great detail the purpose of every aspect of the roofing process (was important because my wife really needed to understand the value of what we were going to spend). Knowing the "Why" we needed what we needed was important to us and Steve was very informative. "They were very responsive in providing a quotation for the gutter replacement and the price was competitive. They were very busy so there was a bit of a delay in completing the work. They advised they were 3-4 weeks out and the work was done 5-6 weeks after signing the contract. The workers were very professional and did high quality work, they were done in less than two days. We are pleased with the final product."
