"Rich Reimer inspected our basement for suspected mold. It turns out we do not have a mold problem but Rich spent more than half an hour testing our sump pump (it doesn't work) and advising us to get a basement specialist in because he noticed a gap between our basement walls and floor where moisture (and resulting minteral stains) is causing problems. Rich also noticed roots coming from the drain pipes that feed water to the sump pump.
I expected to pay something for the inspection and advice but Rich refused. He was extremely professional, knowledeagle and, obviously, ethical. I would not hesitate to use Rich in the future or to recommend his company to anybody in need of mold remediation. By the way, Rich was also very good with our wound-up golden lab retreiver!

"we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."

"Joe communicated well. He showed up when he said he would. He worked on our installation with a coworker. They worked quickly. They did great work. They cleaned up after they were done. We have had some good rain since the gutters were installed and everything worked well. His price was in keeping with other estimates and actually quite reasonable. "The roofers were extremely professional and nice. They found that the previous roofers did not put flashing around the skylights. All of the wood around them was rotten. They had to take all six skylights out to replace the wood. They did it with minimal dust inside. They took the time to put extra ice and snow barriers around the skylights. They went above and beyond. I would recommend Brian and his crew to anyone. Todd from Hip and Ridge Construction is friendly, professional and honest."
