I initially met with Jody (Director of Sales) and he did a very detailed review of their windows â specifically pointing out the various aspects of the windows construction and benefits. He presented by far, the most informative technical information of all of the contractors that I had met with. I ordered the windows and they arrived in a reasonable time period. I worked closely with their installer (who communicated frequently and was attentive to my needs) through the next and final stages of the project. I scheduled my installation on a Saturday. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the project around their estimated completion time. I was impressed that Jody took the time (on a Saturday) to stop by my house and check in with me on the progress of the installation.
