They provided me with multiple contacts, so there was always someone I could get a hold of if I had questions. Everyone I worked with was helpful and respectful. There were some delays, but mostly related to weather and material availability, and all delays were clearly communicated in advance. When I brought up a few details that I wasn't 100% happy with in the final walk through, they were back to my home within a week to fix/ finish things up.
