"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. "Jody Anderson was the only person willing to help me with my cracked window pane. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. He was willing to come out on Saturday, just before we got the 4.9 inches of snow. I only wish I would of known Jody before. He has such knowledge and does excellent work, I can never "Thank" him enough, Every company I called was out weeks to months out, but Jody came out ASAP. I would highly recommend Jody to everyone. Thank heaven there are still people who really care. Great service is really hard to come by theses days."

"My windows were so inefficient I couldn’t get the temperature above 63° in the winter. I used to put plastic on the windows and the wind would blow the plastic. Lol. Also there was a significant sound improvement living near Highway 441. Installation was bing bang boom and finished within a couple hours. (Installed 5 Slider WINDOWS Fall 2018)"
