No weepers! This waterproofing project may be the best single home investment we made in since purchasing the eleven year old home in 1982. The equity in our home has increased with this fully warrantied system and remains in affect or as long as we own the home. "They completed it in 2 days and I havent had an issue since the basement was waterproofed. However, they did forget to plan the initial inspection prior to the work as part of the permit. The city I live in ended up reaching out near the end of the permit date and I didnt know about it until then.
