Gentleman that came out was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Capped off a cut wire for safety without charge. Pricing is in line with other estimates and I will most likely hire him in the future. Project has been pushed back due to budget constraints and more urgent issues that need to be addressed.

Was very quick to identify the problems in the basement fixture, and identify needed parts.  Was quick and effective in installing the bedroom fan/light. He was very pleasant throughout the process.

Jake squeezed me into his schedule as he said my problem sounded uncomplicated. He was easy to talk with, and was right on time. It did turn out to be an easy fix for him to do, and he charged me only a fraction of what he had quoted. I would certainly call him if I need an electrician in the future.

I found Jake and his workers to be very professional. When I first had them come out it was to do a safety inspection and install some extra circuits and plugs. The second time was for a kitchen light in which I couldn't figure out the old wiring setup. I called in the morning and they responded within a couple of hours and had the problem solved shortly. I will definitely use their services again.
