"We bought a duplex that required far more renovation than we anticipated. After being duped by a general contractor and losing months of time, we decided to act as the GC ourselves. Finding good, reliable contractors (in all trades) has been a massive struggle. We were truly ready to give up and sell the property until getting a chance recommendation for Tyler. Not only did he actually answer the phone when I called, he happened to be in the area and came by that same day to take a look. He was friendly and positive about the project that many other contractors had scoffed at, left before finishing or deemed a â S&$! Showâ . Tyler came in and picked up the pieces left behind by multiple bad operators. He is a perfectionist, amazing problem solver and the hardest working person I have ever met. He was able to tackle every part of the renovation from framing to tile to door installation with ease. His knowledge of all aspects of construction is truly astounding and second to none. He provides clear, detailed estimates, shows up when he says he will and communicates any issues or concerns right away. He is worth every penny of the fair price that he charges. We are eternally grateful that Tyler showed up in our lives to help us turn a tired, old house into a beautifully renovated duplex we can rent furnished to traveling medical professionals."

"Art Young Construction has completed two separate contracts for us, first, repairing water damage which included replacing drywall and exterior water barriers in our old house and, second, general work which included adding structural supports in our basement to correct a sagging floor, replacing shutters, replacing fascia and soffit, and other miscellaneous jobs at our new house. "They set-up work area for painting covered all areas surrounding my home and pole barn for over spray. Both roofs were sprayed with DTM guess it is special paint for metal. After they were done they cleaned up everything that was covered up or moved. One area was left covered till the paint was dry but they came back the next morning to finish removing everything. The simple task of painting both roofs has made such a big improvement to my home I have added on more work to come as soon as the weather permits."

"After looking for 1 year for a contractor, we looked at Angi. We were connected with Antonio of A&M General Construction, and we walked around the house explaining what we wanted. As we explained our plans, he asked questions but never said we won't be able to do that or change our minds to do something we didn't want. We had them remove four windows and replace 3 of them them were able to get exactly the windows we wanted. Took out two walls and opened up the room. Opened a walkway into the bathroom. Moved an intake vent. Painted, layed tile, converted bathtub into shower. We were very happy with the results. My wife loves her new master bedroom."
