For the deck all I did was show him a few pictures from Pinterest & asked can you do something like this? He said yes & they did not disappoint & I love it. I highly recommend them!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

In some cases, if he was not satisfied with the work, he did it over, e.g. repainting garage doors. His efforts and results were excellent."

Had a hard time communicating, many times only got voice mail.Seemed to us the contractor had too many jobs going on at the same time. We did not feel our project was a high priority.
