I had an amazing experience with Northstar Restoration. I can say it started from my first contact speaking with their receptionist, then the owner and his wonderful staff. I purchase a new built property which was not cleaned properly, the place was left with dust particles mainly in unfinished basement which spread throughout the whole house. In addition, subcontractors did not use properly coverings so garage floor as well as carpets were impacted. The owner Jay came out and explained how they could help alleviate the issues we faced. He was very thorough in his assessment and presented the options. We ended up getting our garage concrete floor cleaned, basement concrete cleaned and all mechanicals wiped downed and heap vacuum, air ducts cleaned and carpet cleaned. This was a huge project split into 3 days. All of the his technicians were extremely knowledgable and thorough. Because the project was 3 days and different areas I had 6 different technicians they were ALL outstanding. I commend Jay and all of his staff for making this a wonderful experience I could not be more pleased with the outcome. And would not hesitate to use their services in the future if I had a need.

When they came to clean my carpet for me there were stains, and the first guy that came didn't say anything about it, just cleaned the carpet.  It looked great after he left but then all the stains resurfaced to the top again and when I called their customer service she was great about it.  She didn't anything about it, she just went ahead and scheduled her best guy to come.  When he came to clean it, he gave me an attitude about how well this is just called wicking and they should have told you that on the phone and there's nothing I can really do, and it's gonna turn out the same.  He was very rude and defensive about it. He re-did it and it didn't look any better, but I've done it with just my own carpet cleaner and it looked better than when they did it.

They came in , opened up the ceiling, put 2 large de humidifiers in for 3 days, then picked up their equipment and left. When they picked up their equipment I asked them when they would be starting on fixing it and I was told that they did not do that , but I would have to contact someone else to do it. When I spoke with Josh, I specifically asked it they did all the work themselves and he sold me that they had a woman who painted for them and I would have to call her. I then had to find someone to close the ceiling, spackle to match the current ceiling and then paint all 4 rooms. Had I know they only "dehumidify", I would have contacted another company for a full service job.

They were able to return my carpet to 90% of its original condition. They were upfront and honest as to what they could removed and not and preformed to those standards. I will be using them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.

They cleaned it up and we had it retested. Everything turned out great.

The commercial carpet shampooer was hooked up to the truck and the very kind man that conducted the cleaning quickly did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets. Our lower level carpeting had unknowingly turned a brown tinge ... we were shocked when our carpets looked brand new! So very, very pleased with this company and their equipment that it's our third time using them!

They did a wonderful job. Steve the sales rep came out last week to measure and to give a me a estimate . He was very nice and informative and we set up a appointment for the following Tuesday . I was not sure what to expect since this was the first time I had my tile and grout cleaned .. I was very impressed with the technician KEvin Zarda did a top notch job . And there equipment was NOT at all rekey d*** ..impressive It is well worth the money .. My tile looks brand new I must also mention I did have a 50.00 off coupon

Timely arrival.  Seemed knowledgeable. Couch turned out well.  Was not that noticeable dirty or with stains but our now deceased dog had a habit of rubbing in one area which cleaned up well.

They were prompt and quick. The carpets looked great.  The amount quoted for the cost is my best recollection and may not be accurate.

The carpet looked great after they were done. The carpet was clean. They did a great job. They were there on time and gave us directions on what to do after they left. They gave use a stain remover bottle to help with future spots. They were poliet and professional.
