It was excellent. All work was done properly. There were no long pause. He came when he said he was going to. There was a wood work that he did that we don't like and he redid it. His estimates were lower than the actual final cost. The reason why the estimate were low, some parts of the job changed after they were made.

The overall process went well once I was in contact with the individual.

Excellent beyond our expectations. Great communication. Exceptional work. Wonderful ability to predict and then work to a timeline predicted. I cannot recommend more highly. We built a custom house 20 years ago and thought the contractor used at that time could never be replaced. Although Kris does not, to my knowledge, do full house construction, he displayed the management skill and trade skill to at least equal the contractor we used to build the custom home 20 years earlier.

Wonderful job. The spindles match nicely and you can't tell that they where add to correct a problem.

Kris listened to what I wanted and masterfully transformed my vision into a reality. Kris also handled a few additional tasks; i.e., finding screens for my windows and the patio door. The paint color and stain matched perfectly. He as entirely professional and a joy to work with. I would recommend Kris without hesitation.
