Not only did he actually answer the phone when I called, he happened to be in the area and came by that same day to take a look. Tyler came in and picked up the pieces left behind by multiple bad operators. He is a perfectionist, amazing problem solver and the hardest working person I have ever met. He was able to tackle every part of the renovation from framing to tile to door installation with ease. His knowledge of all aspects of construction is truly astounding and second to none. He provides clear, detailed estimates, shows up when he says he will and communicates any issues or concerns right away. He is worth every penny of the fair price that he charges. We are eternally grateful that Tyler showed up in our lives to help us turn a tired, old house into a beautifully renovated duplex we can rent furnished to traveling medical professionals."
