They are terrible in communication. When they mow the grass they don't pick up the cuttings and it turns the lawn brown 3 days later. Their skills overall are poor at best.

They are very prompt. They come over every week to mow. They use two mowers to my lawn so they get done quick. When they are done mowing they trim around the house. Then blow off all the grass on the sidewalk. They are cutting the grass to short between the house and the driveway.
