Dave was professional, checked in on the site when the plastering was being done by sub-contractors and made sure everything was being done correctly and to our specifications.  Could not have asked for a better process or result.  We ordered our tin on line and that was a process but that was not related to Dave if we had gone with the company Dave had used before perhaps we would not have had such issues. We love out tin ceiling in our living room and could not have asked for a better experience."
