Finally got a call back at 10 am to say they would be out to pick it up within the hour. It is now after noon and no one is here. The squirrel is bloody, injured, and stressed. No one is answering my phone calls. Why did we pay $300 for “humane” removal for this? Do. Not. Use. These. People."
