They were the first (of 3 companies) to respond to me after I requested quotes on dryer vent cleaning. I called the next morning and they checked where their crew was that day and fit me in that afternoon! All the guys on the crew were extremely nice, courteous and professional. We would definitely hire again. Thanks guys!

Had a cancelation / opening the very next day from when I called. The guys showed up 15 min early (which is nice...but sometimes it's nice to be on time when trying to get dogs behind gates and stuff like that). Luckily we had them behind the gates already and it was nice to get going right away. The guys were really smart and articulate about what they do. I really appreciated that and felt comfortable with them in my house. The only thing that went a little awry was that my carbon monoxide alarm started going off (I didn't even remember the previous owners left it there) because of the exhaust or gas from their machine. That was a little scary. I guess next time I'll just use them in the summer.

They did a great job. Very thorough and spent a lot of time getting the job done right. House is 14 years old and had never had ducts cleaned. Removed construction debris and lots of dust/dirt. Price comparable to other companies. I will be giving their name to our friends and family!

After doing a full day of research And calling companies, I settled on these guys after speaking with owner. I specifically asked that I get experienced crew with well powered equipment that knew what they were doing and not disinterested 19 year Olds: guess what I got? Disinterested 19 And 20 year old , poor aging equipment (one 7hp Honda motor powered the whole system and looked like it was on its last leg -old and beat). And communication was absent until I called office day of job and asked if crew was coming. Whole experience was a good BS job: promise everything and deliver very little, my duct work continues to deliver me large chunks of lint and debris since they “cleaned” the system : I think all they did was clean the areas near the registers and disturb the real accumulated dirt and lint in the main horizontal runs...I thought at first maybe I was being picky , but after 3 months of changing filters and coming up with dirt and chunks of old lint and debris I think they just did a really slip-shod job : I would say “hit and run” is their motto and I would never use them again.

"I would like to clear-up multiple statements in this review. First, the technicians are 25 and 27 years old and are responsible for many of our 315 grade "A" reviews. Secondly, the customer couldn't be any more misinformed about our equipment that is maintained by our in house, full-time mechanic. The vacuum system is powered by a 31hp "V" Twin motor that will suck the shirt off your back if you don;t know how to operate it. We always have open communication with our customer and encourage them to call our office with any questions, or concerns. I answered all of his questions, unfortunately he never bothered to contact us with his concerns after the service. When I first saw this review, I immediately reached out to the customer and offered to several remedies. Well, let's just say that it's impossible to satisfy someone when they don't give you the opportunity. So, dear good people of A.L....If you are disatisfied with service from a provider that has mostly "A" ratings, give them a chance to remedy the situation. They have "A" ratings because they run a good company and they want to make you satisfied."

It went very smoothly. Our ducts probably have not been cleaned in approximately 30 years. The before and after I was shown made me wonder why I hadn't done it sooner. All return and supply vents were also vacuumed. They also told me I could probably wait to have it done in about 5 or 6 years. Nice job guys !!!

I would recommend air quality controllers. They were prompt and courteous. The company is committed to customer service. They did a thorough cleaning. The crew was professional. We are happy that the ducts were cleaned out and we feel that the air quality will be improved in out home, especially during the winter months when the windows are closed.

I could not have designed a better experience. Workers were professional, thorough, made no mess at all. The two gentlemen could not have been more thorough or more helpful. I am 75 yrs old--they moved anything that had to be moved. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and polite. Workmen arrived on time. Was given a phone call to alert of their arrival time so there was no need to sit around and wait. Also offered the option of having both units in duplex cleaned during same visit at a reduced cost as it would only require a single visit. Would definitely hire this company again.

Overall the experience was great. The crew showed up and was very courteous and professional. I think in all the process took about 3 hours including the prep work. I also had them clean the a/c coil. After the crew left I noticed that my A/C unit outside was not coming on. I called the office and Don came all the way to Whitefish Bay from Bookfield immediately. Even though he thought it was very unlikely their work would cause a problem, he came anyway. He went in the basement and checked everything in the furnace setup. He found some loose connections with the thermostat and then everything was back online. Don could have very easily told me it was not their problem since it wasn't an area they would have touched, but he came anyway and got it working. This showed such a high level of professionalism and custom service. I would absolutely hire this company again. One thing to note, which has nothing to do with the crew, is that if your vents are just painted on, they have no way to put them back on. I live in an old home where that is the case. I would advise you go pick up a bunch of screws ahead of time since your ducts likely have holes (even if never used).

Technicians were punctual and professional. Total time of 3-4 hours on a 2300 sq ft 2-story house matched their estimates. They found a bunch of debris on the AC A-frame coil. There's an extra charge to have that cleaned and disinfected. House seems a little less dusty now.

Service techs were efficient, professional, and thorough. They even called to let me know they would be 15 minutes later than originally planned. Fair price, and no additional/hidden charges were incurred. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
