It had gone well. Jeremy came over when he had said he would for our initial appointment. The initial costs just to get started was $259.00. Subsequently we had to pay another $105.00 (removing the chipmunks - once trapped), which was reasonable but make sure you get FULL communications on any charges. Anyway, there was more than one chipmunk, and Jeremy had come back each time to our home in a methodical manner to ensure that this chipmunk family was gone! I would choose him (American Animal) over another highly rated and leading competitor (AAA).

We have worked with American Animal Control on a number of issues. In additional to routine insect and rodent control, we have also worked with them on the abatement and prevention of squirrels in our attic. In all cases, Jeremy is always punctual and professional. Thank you!

I'd give them A's and B's on everything. The worst they'd get is a B and it was on the fact that they came once too often when they didn't have to cage them. If we have any squirrels in our attic, we'll use them.

I called Friday afternoon. The phone call was returned same day and appointment was scheduled for early Saturday morning. Mike arrived on time and quickly got to work. We explained where we had seen the ants come in. He sprayed around all the baseboards, the basement under the area and around the perimeter of the house. Within 24 hours the ants were gone. AAC stated that if I saw and ants within the next 7 days in another area they would come back and spray. They also have a 60 day guaranty. I would call again.

They come immediately when we have a problem. They came the same day and everybody said they would be there in a week for the bees. We had it last year and again this year in a different spot. I pay $55 every 3 months. They got rid of my bees.

We've used American Animal Control before.  We had liked their approach and the work.  That's why we had asked them back. They're on time and professional.  They're competitive in pricing with some of the other top rated companies here, IF not sometimes less.  Mike had said he saw no evidence of any squirrel or chipmunk.  He had said it maybe mice.  Pest control is an ongoing process usually.  One other company had wanted to come over and use a trained bed bug sniffing dog for a bed bug problem that we DON'T have!  For $250!!  We recommend this company:  American Animal Control.

Ryan came out, put up some traps, and checked them, even on the coldest days of winter. He removed two squirrels and thought everything was good, so fixed up the soffit. Then, I heard the squirrels up there again. So he reset the traps and caught two more. Did not charge for the second setup. Very fair and fixed the problem.

In the 10 years that I?ve owned my home, squirrels have entered my attic soffits three times and each time I had them professional removed. When I started hearing noises in the soffits late in 2/2013, I assumed the squirrels had come back for more. I contacted AAC and Ryan, the tech, saw a hole for possible squirrel entry and agreed to clog the hole and to set-up a trap for squirrel capture. We negotiated the charge of $135 for Inspection/setup and service and instead of a cost per squirrel capture/removal, we agree upon a flat fee of $145 for a total cost of $275. Funny thing, though, after over a week ? There was no attempt to dislodge the clogged entryway by a squirrel, no squirrels were captured in the trap and there was no more noise overhead. Being satisfied, I paid AAC for their installation fee and trap set of $145 in early January and Ryan, the tech, went on his way. Ryan, did, though, tell me to give him a call if I heard additional noise and they?d be back and charge me only for the removal of the squirrels. Early 1/2014, the noises returned. Ryan arrived while I was away and couldn?t find another squirrel entryway. When we spoke next, he concluded that I actually had mice instead of squirrels. He returned to caulk all but one potential entryway around the outside of my home on Monday, 2/3/13 and asked that I inform him of the noise volume by Thursday. By Thursday, the noises had diminished by nearly 90%. Ryan returned on 2/7, added a few traps and poison in the attic overhangs inside my home and left with a smile, a handshake and a request to give him a call should any noise returns. This occurred with no additional charge for services. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and professionalism displayed by Ryan and American Animal Control.

We had a problem with pine squirrels running up and down our gutters and possibly getting into our attics (condo building). One also got into an attic, where a trap was set, and the squirrel was caught with 24 hours.   American was very prompt every time we called.  I would certainly recommend their work. I dealt with John on the phone and with Jeremy personally.   They were both very professional to work with.

It went very well.  The person that answered the call was professional and informative. He told me exactly what would be done to solve my problem and how much it would cost. He was explicit that there would not be any pressure to sign a contract or to have any follow up services.  He set up an appointment same day.  Ryan, the technician, arrived when he said he would. He was polite and professional. He quickly found where the mice were getting in and sealed up the area. He checked inside and outside the house. He repeated the message that no contracts were ever pushed but his recommendation was to put traps outside for a while until the problem was outside but it was completely my choice and that he come back in two months to check them.  The cost was exactly what was quoted. Ryan was patient and nice to my curious son, and my enthusiastic dog.  And most importantly, I have not seen any evidence of any mice in the house since he was here!!!!
