Now this is MY SECOND call in January to find out where they were at. I thought I was the customer. REALLY, no call to say you are busy?? She proceeded to say I was rude, and, maybe I was. The tone of her voice said it all. VERY poor communication, and my guess, it comes directly from the person answering the phones. I guess I will never know how to rate them. After that comment, I hung up."
