To remove a shrub, start by cutting back the shrub using pruning shears, loppers, or a chainsaw. Next, dig around the base of the shrub with a pointed shovel to expose its root system. Then, use a shovel or a mattock to loosen the roots, making it easier to pull or lift the shrub from the ground. For larger shrubs or stubborn root systems, attaching a chain or strap to the base and using a vehicle to pull it out can be effective. Ensure proper disposal of the shrub and its debris following local waste disposal guidelines.

It takes one to seven days to remove and fill an in-ground pool. The project timeline will depend on the size of the pool and the removal process required in your local area. A partial fill-in may only take up to three days, while a full pool removal may take an entire week.

For minor unevenness, you don't necessarily need to remove grass before leveling. You can apply a topdressing mixture to fill in low areas and even out the surface. However, for more significant unevenness or deep depressions, it might be necessary to temporarily remove the grass to ensure proper leveling and soil compaction. After filling and leveling, you can replace the grass or consider reseeding the area.

However, short clippings are usually fine to leave on the lawn.
