"Matt was extremely thorough on the home inspection I hired him to do. I’m fairly well versed in construction and I do remodeling along with real estate investments that I rehab or rent and do my own repairs and maintenance and Matt was able to find things I overlooked and or did not notice so I appreciate his expertise If you value your dollar and know a home is a major investment then you’ll want Matt checking it over thoroughly for you! His rates are in my opinion UNDER average pricing, he’s got the best rates I’ve seen in a long time, I’ve literally paid double for half the quality that I got from Matt. I’ll definitely be using his services again on my next properties."

An attic inspection or basement inspection may also take extra time to complete so the inspector can look for signs of moisture damage, mold, or pest problems, all of which are common in these spaces.
