The provider called to set up an appointment from 2-4pm on a Friday. They never showed up and didn't call. Would not respond to email and phone call follow-ups over a few days, so I had to ask for a refund of my purchase.
Update 10/6: They did finally get in touch with me and provided the service, and did arrive at the rescheduled time and complete the job. Will see the quality of the work as we go forward, but did want to update the scores.

I wasn't very happy with Kolley's Exterminating. They came out several times but my mouse problems got worse and eventually I had to catch the mice through traps I bought. They were ineffective and I wouldn't recommend them. I paid $144 for nothing basically.

"We did the initial treatment and (2) follow up visits, which is the minimum that we schedule for mouse treatments. There is also a 60 Day guarantee with this service which is stated on the agreement. After the first (3) services we usually get rid of the infestation. If there is still a problem you have 60 days to let us know and schedule follow up visits. This never happened, we did the 3 services and never heard anything else until now. We can only control the mice if we are given a chance to do so. If this was an ongoing problem (which is very common) we would have suggested a monthly maintenance service to keep the problem under control and we certainly would have made extra trips at your request."

It was not good. We were expecting that they would actually inject some kind of chemical inside wood structures but they did an exterior spray. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I was not satisfied with the quality of their service. I thought they would provide a much more detailed service, but just spraying out on the house was very expensive. The people who came out to do the work were fine. There was nothing wrong with the people.

We used Kolly for the first time through the Big Deal. We then signed up to have Kolly come each month and spray. So far so good. They are punctual and when we're not home to let them in they spray the exterior of the home. The spraying helps keep the ants at bay and kills any other little critters that may try to come in. When we've needed them to respray they always do within a day or two of the request. So far no complaints.

Very professional, on time, and knowledgeable. We would have used this service again, for termite inspection, etc., but they don't have annual contracts. Each time you have a problem, or suspect a problem, you need to call them. I'd rather have a service that calls me, or sets up an annual contract.

The person providing the service arrived on time and appeared to be competent. I did not expect miracles----- just enough spraying to to make certain that there would be no bugs in the basement room I would be using for a guest room over the coming weekend. By this measure, the pest control was successful. There is, however, a 30 day guarantee; I can call for a repeat application if necessary.
The company uses the same form for monthly contracts and odd jobs. After I asked a question about the form, the worker explained that the work at my house was for an "odd job". He assured me that I I had not signed a monthly service agreement.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Three days after they did the service, there were ants everywhere, in my kitchen. The person tried but he didn't get to all the areas. There was a bit of confusion because they didn't have an invoice so he gave me what seemed to be like a monthly service agreement. He told me that it's just a service they give out but I told him I don;t want to commit to it yet. He told me not to worry because that's not what it is. Two weeks later, I called the company and told them I don't want to be on a monthly agreement with them and the lady said that I am not. It turned out that nobody was trying to sell me anything.
