Kurt inspected the first property, and told us that it would cost far more than we wanted to pay to get the unit into livable condition. We were disappointed, but kept looking. An estate property came up, and time was of the essence. We were in Virginia and had no way of inspecting the property ourselves. Based on Kurt's reputation, we asked him to inspect the second property, and he was able to get to the property on the same day, despite the fact that it was about 45 minutes out of his way. Kurt recommended that we purchase the mobile home, based on the fact that it needed very little work and it was a sound investment that would get us our money back if needed. He gave us a list of everything that needed to be done on the property, and we had all the information we needed to make a decision. We decided to trust Kurt, and we purchased the mobile home. We didn't get to our new home until June, several months after Kurt first inspected the unit. We were hopeful that the unit would be as nice as we were told, and it was even better. We were so happy that Kurt came out to inspect the unit, and all the information he gave us was and quot;right on.and quot; Kurt knows mobile homes, and we are going to be using him for all of the repairs and updates that we are going to make. For a person to go out of his way, and not ask for money up front, and to be as thorough as Kurt, you know you are dealing with a person who takes pride in his work and cares for his customers. We are very thankful to Kurt for helping us out, and for finding us our new home.

He is absolutely wonderful. It's just a single guy, and he is always responsive. He is always willing to help out with any extra projects you need done. He is a good handyman.

He came out within a day or so after I asked him to come and gave me an estimate. He looked around, measured and we talked a lot about what I wanted. I accepted the estimate that he gave me, so, he came out when he said he would and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. He did a very good job.
