Owner operated. (1995 to present) Providing professional grade asphalt maintenance products and services to home owners and small businesses. All projects are completed in this order: Edge grass to expose edge of asphalt creating a clean and crisp finished product. Remove weeds from cracks and spray with weed killer to prevent regrowth. Scrub off bird droppings to prevent bleed through. Clean asphalt with powered blower and powered broom. Dry up oil stains with torch and coat with Petro seal to prevent bleed through. Seal cracks with hot pour rubberized crack sealer. Apply 1 or 2 coats ( highly recommend 2 coats for our climate ) professional grade asphalt sealer either by hand ( brush not squeegee ) or spray.
