About us

Owner operated. (1995 to present) Providing professional grade asphalt maintenance products and services to home owners and small businesses. All projects are completed in this order: Edge grass to expose edge of asphalt creating a clean and crisp finished product. Remove weeds from cracks and spray with weed killer to prevent regrowth. Scrub off bird droppings to prevent bleed through. Clean asphalt with powered blower and powered broom. Dry up oil stains with torch and coat with Petro seal to prevent bleed through. Seal cracks with hot pour rubberized crack sealer. Apply 1 or 2 coats ( highly recommend 2 coats for our climate ) professional grade asphalt sealer either by hand ( brush not squeegee ) or spray. Excellent service! Joe was able to fit the work in the same day I called. He edged the driveway, removed all weeds and even removed an old electronic dog fence wire. He also sealed cracks where weeds were getting through and areas close to the garage that would cause problems in the future.

Joe did a great job.  Clean and neat.  I was most impressed with his responsiveness and punctuality; traits that seem to be in short supply in the trades these days.  The job was quoted, scheduled and completed within 7 days of my first call.  The cost was in the middle of other quotes I had from a couple of the "big guys", but Joe made two trips and applied 2 coats.  I'm not sure if that was included in the quote from the "big guys".  And Joe was able to schedule the job in a week, not a month or more.  Joe will get my first call in a few years when it is time to do it again.

I received a quote the day after I requested it on a Friday.  I called Joe up to schedule the service and got VM.  He returned my call later that same day and scheduled me for Monday around Noon.  He showed up about 11 am and got to work.  Was done by noon.  Very neat job, very professional, answered all my questions.  Very pleased with the results and will use him again.

Joe is a TOP NOTCH contractor.  The quality of work he did and how quickly he single handedly completed the job was amazing.  We didn't have any idea of who to go to get the job done because there are so many contractors out there.  I am soooo happy he was on Angie's List. The reviews were great so we gave him a try.  We will ABSOLUTLY have Joe do our driveway again.  WELL DONE JOE!!!

Joe was fantastic to work with!  A TRUE professional, and being a graphic artist for 28 years I can say he pays attention to details.  He even ran the seal coat to the white strip in the road which really makes our job stand out.  Neighbors asked who we had and I've already given out all the cards he provided.
