I thought, actually that the entire deck was going to be p;ower washed to the strip down point -- maybe that was miscommunication on my part, but it was not. He just kind of washed it off good and re-applied the stain. He was a nice guy."

They again arrived on time and worked carefully to lay the sod exactly as I requested, paying close attention to detail, especially around our jagged natural stone patio.
