I am a general contractor with 22 years of experience. I don't just do it all I do it all WELL, and I take my time to make sure that the customer is happy with the end result. With a select list of contacts (electricians/plumbers/hvac), most jobs can be completed with one phone call. We will start with a signed estimate and discuss payment at that point. Most projects I will invoice upon successful and satisfactory completion.

"It was excellent. All work was done properly. There were no long pause. He came when he said he was going to. There was a wood work that he did that we don't like and he redid it. His estimates were lower than the actual final cost. The reason why the estimate were low, some parts of the job changed after they were made."
