"It went great. I highly recommend them. They were a pleasure to deal with. The person that came out for the estimate answered all of my questions. The estimate was fair. The work was done on schedule and with no problem. At completion, everything was explained to me. I used their electrician which worked out fine. After completion the radon test showed that my level was now undetectable."

"Steve was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He tested things no other inspector we have had did, for example all the outlets. His report was sent to us quickly. He helped us decide which issues from the home inspection needed to be addressed right away and which could wait. He was clean and articulate. Very nice guy. Highly recommended."

"Ryan did an excellent job. We were the buyers and he went through everything with us detail by detail of what was wrong with the home and how we could fix it (if possible). We didn't sign up for a randon test as first but on his suggestion we added that. It failed and I'm so grateful we took his suggestion so we could address this ASAP. We sent us our full report hours after the showing, even through we picked the latest time slot of the inspection. When i had a follow-up question he responded in minutes and was super helpful! If we ever have another inspection I will be using A-Max again."

Installing a mitigation system reduces radon levels, which can cause lung cancer, providing peace of mind and long-term health benefits. It can also increase your home’s value, as many buyers prefer properties with radon safety measures in place. The investment is relatively low compared to the potential health risks associated with prolonged radon exposure.
