I received an immediate response from Robert, he provided input about the work I was considering and seemed very candid about his fee structure. He indicated he would send Dan to perform the work; Dan arrived on time and repaired everything as promised. I really appreciated Dan's attention to details, and once his work was completed he asked me to review what he had done. He made sure I was satisfied with his work before moving to the next task.
