Mike answered my questionnaire immediately on a Saturday night, asked and answered pertinent questions very professionally. He was at the house twice, left the professional radon monitors around the house to get various readings, and installed the proper mitigation system for our readings. I was in contact with him, sending readings to him all weekend with great response. Very professional and reasonable.
