Couple other little areas not noticeable from far away. Empire handed off to a contractor to have them call me. They told me $275 for service call. I even sent pictures. They would take the $275 off the project if I went ahead and had them do the work as long as product not defective. My point is, $275 to just come and take a look at area I?m talking about?? It?s not even Empire coming to look. Plus I bought everything from them. So apparently like someone said after the sale you are pretty much written off. They do not stand behind their product. Hard to rate on customer service. Who do you rate, Empire or the people doing the work! Ha!"

Couple other little areas not noticeable from far away. Empire handed off to a contractor to have them call me. They told me $275 for service call. I even sent pictures.
