Smelt like smoke when they walked in the door. There is no follow up and we needed follow up work to be done and they would not return phone calls. This went on for weeks until we found someone else to do the work. DO NOT use this service."

"We had an internal house line leading to the sewer plugged on a Sunday. We couldn't run any water in the house without it coming out of the drain and into the basement. Based on all the positive reviews I read of KJM plumbing, I called Kurt and he was here within 20 minutes with his machine and cleared the clog, which took about an hour. Pleasant, polite man. The price was reasonable for a weekend emergency call. If I need a plumber again, he'll be the first one I'll call."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

We have found out since that he has a history of taking money under one company name, then stopping after he has your money and opening a new company name. We will be filing a claim against Cain and his companies to recover the money he has taken. We have contacted him many times and not received any response from him. This is a buyer beware company. I would look for someone else before working with him again"
