"He is a long time employee of Clark Heating and has been to our home many
times. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He has saved us many
problems by finding parts that are on their way out and replacing them
under warranty. Not much else to tell about that, but I do have to say that
over the years (bought our furnaces from them and been with them for 15
years) the communications with the main office have been going downhill.
Messages go unanswered. Phone calls are not returned. I called them regarding an error on my bill this
fall and nearly a week later I had had no response. So I called them again
and this time found the right person to resolve the problem without needing
to leave a message.
