They take care of the lawn; plow the snow and driveway for us.  This is a condominium association so the cost is handled by the association and I don't know what the actual fees are.  They came here and mow the land during the summer and plow the driveway inside drain weather.  We contract them and it's a four family complex here that contracts that stuff.  They are pretty prompt.  They have other things they have on their adjourn list too but generally we get serviced by them very rapidly.  This winter they have been particularly attentive about getting the snow removal done properly.  Sometimes in the past other companies we've had have been a little sloppy. 

They use to blade down the driveway and I thought that was the end of it but these guys shovel of the little edges and all of that.  It's an uphill drive so if they don't get it plowed right we have difficulties.  We don't schedule them, they just show up when the snow falls or sometimes when the snow was ended then they come around and plow.  For lawn care we've scheduled them for Monday morning and they are always here right on.  Their trucks and trailers are clean and the equipments look good.  We have very little interaction with the people themselves.  They come in here, do their job and they move on to the next on so I would call that professional.  We will continue to use them until they screw up.  There is always a possibility they can screw up but so far they are good.
