"Steve the owner is extremely pleasant and conscientious. In this economy you have to hire from the existing labor pool so I feel that he does his best with training and follow up. Steve called to ask if they could come out earlier than scheduled since another appointment had cancelled. That worked with my schedule so I agreed. Workers were on time and polite and patient with my small yappy dog. The young man who washed the inside was through. He took off his shoes and worked in (clean) socks. Brian who did the outside also seemed polite if a bit "spacey". Maybe it was due to the heat and humidity. I tipped them both in addition to the invoice amount. I thought the price was fair. However after they left I found that one of the Windows was left open, one other window had not been washed on the outside, one screen on the second floor had not been washed or replaced, and all of the basement windows were left unlocked and the screens not replaced. I left Steve a voicemail and he responded immediately, was very apologetic and is gong to work around my schedule to follow up and do any needed touch ups. The workers just didn't do a walk through at the end and as it's a large house with a lot of windows, I didn't notice until they had left. Overall I was satisfied and felt I had value for the money."
