49 Owner came out reviewed my backup conditions. Quickly reviewed my drain layout and decided where to snake my drain. It was discovered I had a drain root. He quickly snaked the drain and suggested a preventative additive to prevent the roots from growing back. Solution still works.
It was awful. Chuck on two occasions forgot my situation and why I wanted him there. He yelled at me when I asked him questions and when I told him that I did not like the look of the repairs he was recommending and was wondering if there was an alternate method. He said that I seem to think...

They told us, the kids, the project would be 300k, it would be done in August 2025 and take a month to build. After all of that, hey went out to our parents house and had them write a check for $250,000.00 and sign an open ended contract for $750,000.00 where they have $500,000.00 after only doing the concrete. What honest contractor woud ever ask that of a customer. Our parents had no idea about the pay schedule. Needless to say, they were disappointed and felt taken advantage of. They asked if we could help them get of the contract. We have tried to speak with Anthony Lamore about providing us with an itemized bill and a refund. As of yet, we have received no refund, no bill or breakdown?only threats. Im attchaing the contract for everyone to see. "
