The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing. I was sent a demand letter to remove the paint or they would access fines and would hire their own company and charge me. I was beside myself. I talked to Andrew who quickly responded to a request asking if this was the kind of thing that he and his company could help me with. Andrew was absolutely amazing! He said they could handle it, he quoted me a very fair price, he promised me when they would be out and he fulfilled every single this he promised. The work was excellent. I highly recommend Durapro Painting."
