"Could not have asked for better service. What started out as what we thought was a simple clogged drain turned into a totally grease slug packed line that took all day. I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

"I can not recommend this company highly enough. They came out and helped me solve and fix an outside problem water pipe that had been an issue for years. I had several companies and the city try to locate the pipe with only uncertain results. "I signed up for furnace special cleaning of $49 and I added air conditioning cleaning for an additional $49. I have had very little use of my A/C and it is only 6 years old. I have no problems with it. The tech replaced 2 parts and told me the cooling fluid will be outlawed in 2020. That doesn't apply to me because I would be grandfathered in with my fluid. He replaced two parts, which I believe were unnecessary, but I authorized it. He also thought there was a leak and said he's be back in the spring to check it. When all was said and done, the bill was $957 plus the $49 already paid through Angie's list. I have an invoice carbon that is unreadable and I have asked for another but have not received one. This was a clean-up job, not a service call. I'm not having them back and I'm cancelling my Angie's list subscription."
